Spouse Summit at Modern Day Marine

The Spouse Summit at Modern Day Marine is set for Thursday, May 1, offering military spouses valuable opportunities to connect and explore resources. This summit will offer a variety of valuable resources, expert insights, and networking opportunities to empower spouses and help them thrive in their unique roles.

A panel discussion on Quality of Life in the Marine Corps will will dive deep into issues affecting military families and explore how the Marine Corps is working to improve the lives of its service members and their loved ones. Panelists include:

  • Major General Jason G. Woodworth, Commander of Marine Corps Installation Command
  • Rear Admiral Pamela C. Miller, Medical Officer of the Marine Corps
  • Lieutenant General Michael J. Borgschulte, Deputy Commandant for Manpower and Reserve Affairs

Keynote Speaker, Lieutenant General John E. Wissler, USMC (Ret.), will deliver a keynote address discussing topics such as the significant contributions of military spouses to national security, including their roles in recruitment, retention, and supporting service members.

Brunch will be provided, and the summit will offer a wealth of resources from MCCS and other organizations, alongside an Employment and Education Fair concluding the event, where spouses can explore opportunities for career development and education.
