Fostering Connection to Community
Join us for special two part event providing connection, learning, and support at the Spouse Summit: Parris Island and Spartan Spouses Workshop. These exclusive gatherings are hosted by the Marine Corps Association.
Whether you’re looking to network, learn, or simply connect with others in the community, these events are the perfect opportunity.
These events are open to ALL spouses within the Tri-command area, as well as spouses of active duty, retired, or reserve service members.
Part I: Spouse Summit
Date: Monday, March 17
- Doors open at 1715
- Program starts at 1800
The program will include:
- Resource Fair
- Keynote Speaker
- Networking Opportunities
*Dinner and Drinks will be provided
Part II: Spartan Spouse Leadership Seminar:
Date: Tuesday, March 18
- Check in begins at 0830
- Program ends at 1430
The program will include:
- Strengths-Based & Values Aligned workshop empowering spouses of military personnel with the tools of positive psychology with a specific emphasis on using Strengths to achieve success. Attendees will leave with their personal Top 5 Strengths Report, individualized Values commitment, and supporting handouts.
No Cost for Spouses of Active Duty, Retired, or Reserve Service Member.
Childcare is available through CYTP.
Registration & request for childcare must be submitted NLT 6 March.
