CHANGES in uniform regulations as outlined in Circular Letter No. 625, 8 February 1944, are listed below, followed by a resume of the regulations pertaining to the wearing of the uniform upon discharge or release from active duty, as reviewed in Letter of Instruction No. 654, of 7 February 1944.
Since the grades of commissioned warrant officer and warrant officer have been established by an Act of Congress, superseding the former ranks by which warrants were designated, the following insignia of rank have been authorized:
