WITH most of the world's population engaged in war, the outcome of which is conceded to be of vital concern to America; and with this Nation occupied in the greatest defense program of its entire history, the Marine Corps reaches another milestone-the one hundred and sixty-sixth anniversary of the date designated as its birthday.
