See What I Mean?
SEE WHAT I MEAN? By Lewis Browne. New York: Random House. 245 pp. $2.50.
THE venality, hypocrisy, and general viciousness of the various subversive organizations that played the Nazi game in the United States under the cloak of patriotic titles and slogans prior to December 7, 1941, are graphically disclosed by Lewis Browne in his well-written See What 1 Mean?
It will not be news to those who have read Browne's other works-This Believing World, etc., that he writes well. But this former clergyman and student of religious history shows that he is also a good reporter.
