Brigadier General Louis McCarty Little

Beyond the call of duly and for short, It' "Loute" by his wide circle of friends. From a famous Navy family of both Newport and Washington. His commands have been happy as they were tutored both to work hard and play hard. His polo and racing program has always cemented the friendly relations in foreign countries between the local and service populations.
