A Plea for a Marine Corps Drill Book

IT IS submitted that the Marine Corps should have its own copy of the drill regulations, embodying therein the Navy drill regulations (for the landing force, etc.), by which, of course, the Corps is, or has been until recently, governed, as well as, in their entirety, the drill regulations prescribed or that may be prescribed for the infantry of the Army. It would then have its instructions in one book instead of in two, as has been heretofore the case.
