New Records for Muster and Pay*

Volume 3, Issue 3

THE Adjutant General's Office has prepared a modern method of reporting and recording duties and status of officers and enlisted men. The muster roll is to be abolished, but the new daily reports, which replace the roll, will contain all the information heretofore borne thereon. The change has been approved by the Secretary of War.
