The Greater Antilles: 3/6 Returned in August and is Back out

Remember 3d Battalion, Sixth Marine Regiment? They were the ones who, with other members of the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit, came home from Somalia and after 14 days departed for six weeks off Haiti. They are gone again, deployed to Naval Base, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, Jan. 21, to assist forces in handling Cuban migrants.

In Guantunanio Bay, the battalion is assisting in providing internal security to Joint Task Force 160.
