Twice monthly, convalescent Marines and Sailors are treated to a weekend liberty at Miami Beach.

THEY call it a "Miami Beach Shower of Stars" weekend, but to Marines and Sailors, recuperating from wounds received in Vietnam, it's the greatest thing since the mico-mini skirt.

The Marine Corps League, Miami Marine recruiters and eight plush Miami Beach Hotels are running the program for the patients of the Naval Hospitals at Key West, Fla., Jacksonville, Fla. and Charleston, S. C.
