On 21 May, MCA&F member and donor, Manuel Carazo visited the MCA&F headquarters in Quantico, VA. He was able to learn first-hand the impact he and other members and donors have had on Marines as he browsed books at The MARINE Shop and viewed trophies and awards. Through his support, and the support of members, donors, and company sponsors, MCA&F has been able to expand the MCA&F’s Marine Excellence Awards Program-recognizing the professional accomplishments of high performing Marines and the Commanders’ Unit Library Program-assisting Marine units with professional development.

Mr. Carazo generosity has not only supported  MCA&F programs, but has enhanced it. His donations have supported the development expenses of MCA&F’s upgraded awards, such as the Chesty Puller Honor Graduate Award and the Lieutenant  Baldomero Lopez Award.

While on his visit, Mr. Carazo and his wife, Claudia had the opportunity to meet with a few of the MCA&F staff members. He spoke highly about the association and Marines. “I really do care about our Marines, I'm very proud of all of them and their families. Since I was a kid, I always wanted to be a Marine but life sometimes goes in another direction.”

Manuel’s unwavering support for our Marines makes him a part of the MCA&F family.  It is because of the support of people like Manuel, our members, and other generous friends of the Corps that enable MCA&F to help our Marines continue to grow professionally and become better Marines.

Thank you Manuel for all of your Support!
