SUMMARY:2025 MCA Camp Lejeune Professional Dinner
DESCRIPTION:MCA hosts an annual dinner event aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in support of the professional development of Marines. Our annual Camp Lejeune dinner is specifically focused on those Marines of II Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) and Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. This includes II MEF Marines of 2d Marine Aircraft Wing stationed about Marine Corps Air Stations New River and Cherry Point\, NC. The annual event also is an opportunity for the substantial retired Marine Corps community and other Friends of the Corps across Eastern NC to come and share in the camaraderie and hear remarks from a guest speaker. \nGuest Speaker: \n\n\nMajGen Farrell J. Sullivan\nCommanding General\, 2d Marine Division \n\n\n\nDress: \nBusiness or Cocktail Attire \nCost: \n$59 for MCA members and $79 for non Members. \nActive-duty service members can register online for free and will also be eligible for a no-cost Premium membership. SUMMARY:Fallujah Freedom Run 5K
DESCRIPTION:  \n \nOn October 11th\, remember the Marines who fought in the Second Battle of Fallujah by completing a 5K.    \nThe Second Battle of Fallujah in 2004 was a defining moment of the Iraq War. Run\, walk\, bike\, swim\, or row to honor the adaptability and courage of Marines in modern warfare\, as the Corps continues its 250-year tradition of defending American ideals.  \nRegistration is $30 and the first 250 participants will receive an exclusive race pin based on MCA’s 250th Anniversary Commemorative Coin Series. The pin commemorates the Global War on Terrorism\, 2000-2025.  \n
