Navy-Marine Corps Relief Fundraiser
Over 90 years ago, in 1914, the Washington auxiliary of the Navy Relief Society held its first “Ball.” Since its inception in 1914, the Navy-Marine Corps Ball has raised millions of dollars for the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society (NMCRS). Funds provided by the Navy-Marine Corps Ball have helped millions of sailors, Marines, and their families with financial assistance for emergency aid, education, visiting nurses services, and other vital assistance at home and abroad.
The 2012 Navy-Marine Corps Ball will be held on Saturday, 24 March, at the Washington Hilton. For more information about attending the ball and/or making a donation to NMCRS, visit the NMCRS website at www.nmcrs.org. If you are interested in tickets for the ball, call the Navy-Marine Corps Ball Committee office at 202–889–8112/3, or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
