The Huey Cobra-A Cas Helo?

THE Bell Helicopter Company recently announced a modified version of the UH-1B (UH-1E, Marine Corps model) that is configured as an offensive weapons delivery system. Designated as Bell Model 209 and named the HueyCobra, it is built mound a standard UH-1B powerplant, rotor system, and transmission. The modifications include a low drag fuselage, retractable skids, tandem seating and the pilot sitting in the high rear seat behind the gunner, stub wings, and offensive armament.
