Atlantic Marine Corps Communities Announces Blood Drive At Camp Lejeune
· Actus Lend Lease and Atlantic Marine Corps Communities
· Residents of Atlantic Marine Corps Communities
· Persons working aboard Camp Lejeune
· Any person able to give blood
AMCC is again partnering with the Armed Services Blood Program to help support the local military community. Show your support for Military Service members stationed at Camp Lejeune by giving blood! AMCC has set a goal to beat our last donation of 38 pints of blood during this event. Blood is collected in a military community for the military community. Blood is needed every day for critically injured troops, cancer patients, premature infants and many others.
The donation process is simple and takes less than one hour to donate. By giving one pint of blood, you could possibly save three lives. Please visit www.militaryblood.dod.mil for information on donor eligibility, deferral criteria and more.
