Lisa Pappas has spent the majority of her career in customer service/support roles with over 10 years focused on business operations.
Her work experience encompasses a variety of positions including an activity therapist and case manager for a psychiatric hospital, a teacher in a pre-school, a customer service representative in both call center and retail environments, a sales support administrator and then sales support manager for a credit card processing company, and her current role as the Director of Member Services for the Marine Corps Association & Foundation since September 2008.
In her current role as the Member Services Director for the Marine Corps Association & Foundation, Lisa is responsible for oversight of the member services department including management of the membership database, supervision of the MCA&F Member Services call center/member support team, magazine fulfillment and circulation in excess of 110,000 magazines per month, and partnering with affinity programs on member benefit programs.
Lisa’s awards include: Employee of the Month – Extra Mile Award at Ridgeview Psychiatric Hospital and Sales Support MVP Award at First Data Corporation. She holds a bachelors degree in Music Therapy from Tennessee Technological University.
