U.S. Marines with 3rd Battalion, 8th Marines (3/8) come off a U.S. Air Force C-17 Aircraft upon arriving at Camp Bastion in Afghanistan. 2d Battalion, 7th Marines, based out of Marine Air Ground Combat Center 29 Palms, is handing over operations to 3/8, based out of Camp Lejeune, N.C., in support of the NATO-ISAF mission in Afghanistan.
