Great analysis

I think that Major Dunne's article does a fantastic job of articulating the differences between cultures, and how those differences come into play as we conduct COIN operations. His clear and cogent analysis of the importance of security is one that should be presented to every Marine who deploys to a COIN environmnent; the point that the expectations of the culture that Marines deploy into has different ground rules and expectations than our own should be made crystal clear to everyone involved. Good job!
