ASSISTANT TO DIRECTOR OF RETAIL

This position reports to and assists the Director of Retail. The ideal candidate is familiar with the capabilities of CounterPoint POS software, and has experience with complex retail software. This position will be a point of contact with our CounterPointe vendor, assist in training of retail personnel as directed, and maintain web content for retail. Other support duties will be assigned.

Must have:
Experience working with complex retail software (Knowledge of CounterPoint is a plus)
Training ability and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
Desire and ability to satisfy internal customers.
Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and creative problem solving ability
High school diploma or GED

Must be proficient in the use of computers and Windows based software programs; Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Email and Internet.

ACCOUNTANT

SUMMARY OF POSITION: Full-time position. Responsibilities include maintaining general ledger, preparation of financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations. Experience in payroll, A/R, A/P not for profit accounting and inter-company transactions and allocations. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or four years Accounting experience required.

CASHIER / SALES ASSOCIATE

SUMMARY OF POSITION: Part-time position (to include Saturday hours) to assist with day-to-day operation of the retail services, including cashier, assisting customers on the sales floor as well as on the phone in a timely, professional, and efficient manner. 

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Accept payments for orders placed and membership requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Confer with customers by telephone or in person providing information about products and services, to take or update orders, or give information regarding the status of an order.
• Assist all customers either on the sales floor or on the phone, in a polite and professional manner.
• Solicit sales of new or additional services or products, such as, MCA Membership’s, etc…
• Check to ensure that appropriate changes are made as requested for customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work station
• Assist other Sales Associates reps with overflow work, including data entry, and other tasks as requested.
• Assist Alterations Specialist while they are custom fitting uniforms, etc…
