Where can I use my MCA Gift Card?
MCA Gift Cards are honored at all Marine Corps Association Bookstores. MCA regrets that we are unable to honor the gift cards at the Marine Shop yet but we hope to be able to use them there in the future. MCA also regrets that the gift card may not be used when making purchases through MCA's Online store.
What can I purchase with my MCA Gift Card?
The MCA Gift Card can be used to purchase any merchandise or services at any MCA Bookstore. The advantage is that the gift card takes all the uncertainty out of gift giving. Give the Gift Card and let the recipient get what THEY want most!
Does my MCA Gift Card ever expire or decline in value?
The MCA Gift Card does not have an expiration date and never declines in value.
Is there a minimum or maximum value to an MCA Gift Card?
MCA Gift cards are available for purchase in any amount you choose above the $10.00 minimum. The cash value selected is loaded into the card electronically during the purchase transaction. The cash value is NOT displayed on the card at the initial purchase or after a Gift Card transaction but card owners can determine the remaining value of their card by examining the associated purchase receipt which shows the remaining balance. Additionally, card owners can have MCA Bookstore staff scan their cards to determine remaining value or, the card owner can call MCA's Customer Service Department at 1-866-622-1775 and determine the remaining value after providing the serial number of the MCA Gift Card they own.
Can I reload or add to the value of an existing Gift Card?
MCA Gift Cards can not be revalued after the initial value has been loaded into the card.
What should I do if I lose my Gift Card?
You should report the loss of your Gift Card to MCA's Customer Service at 866-622-1775. Our Customer Service will void the original card in our system rendering it null and void and will reissue a new card at the remaining value of the lost card.
